Mmmmmmmmm...Good!

I just have to tell you about the meal we just had. It was spectacular. It was the first authentic Nicaraguan meal we´ve had. It was so super yummy. It was called carne asada. First there was a layer of fried plantain topped with some yummy marinated roast beef and then it had pieces of fried goat cheese topped off with thinly sliced cabbage and cilantro salsa. The locals love it. It was very authentic and super yummy. I loved it. The kids did too. I hope Brent enjoyed his left over frozen pizza. Sorry, Sweetie. Hope it´s going well.
